The Stress – Here First, Here Last LP
The Stress z New Yorku jsem poprvé zaregistroval díky jejich desce More Than You’ll Ever Be. Vyšla v roce 2024 a povedeně kombinovala street punk, Oi! a rock’n’roll. Teď je venku jejich druhá dlouhohrající deska Here First, Here Last. […]

Hats & Caps / Still Defiant – Voices Of Rebellion EP
Německý label Try And Stop Me Records má v posledních letech mimořádně šťastnou ruku na výběr kapel a prakticky všechno, co vydává, stojí minimálně za pozornost.

Slugger – Dead State LP
V Queensu vypukla vzpoura proti králi, vedená Georgem & The Lords. George & The […]

A rebellion has begun in Queens against the king, led by George & The Lords. The entire army is roused to battle, singing their Oi! songs, and intent on conquering the local castle. It’s a bold plan for a new Oi! project, but we have no doubt that the rebellion will grow. Pitchforks, torches, electric […]

Sikk – Rockin‘ Rollin‘ Bovver Riot LP
Sikk – Rockin‘ Rollin‘ Bovver Riot LP
SIKK are a band from Belgrade, Serbia, and this is their debut release, put out on the German label Try And Stop Me Records. The Spotty Herbert: American Oi! Compilation LP
Spotty Herbert first caught my attention as a proper old-school printed zine. The compilation features 15 songs in total, with the visual side handled by Malwina from […]
The Spotty Herbert: American Oi! Compilation LP
Rockin‘ rollin‘ bovver riot! LP od SIKK vyšel na Try And Stop Me Records
Street Code – In My Flight LP
Street Code – In My Flight LP
Street Code are a band from Toronto, Canada, and according to what I managed to dig up, they rose from the ashes of Rough Cuts and Overpower. I mainly registered Rough Cuts as a straight-up Oi! band, not least thanks to their split EP with the British legends Red Alert. Street Code first made themselves […]
Still Defiant – Wild Boar Rock’n’Roll 10″
Němečtí Oi!’n’rolleři Still Defiant jsou zpátky s novým 10″ EP. Deska vyšla ve spolupráci Try And Stop Me Records z Německa a Oi!tim Records z USA.

German Oi!’n’rollers Still Defiant are back with a brand new 10″. The record came out through a joint release between Try And Stop Me Records from Germany and Oi!tim Records from the USA. The Spotty Herbert: American Oi! Compilation – an overview of the current American Oi! scene on one LP
I’ve loved compilations since I was a teenager, back then it was basically the only way to listen to a larger number of different bands and then buy entire albums accordingly, even now that music is much more accessible I still enjoy this concept and that’s why I was pleased when the Longshot Music label […]
The Spotty Herbert: American Oi! Compilation – přehled současné americké Oi! scény na jednom LP
Já už od do svého dospívání miluju kompilace, v té době to byla v podstatě jediná možnost jak si poslechnout větší množství různých kapel a pak si podle toho koupit celá alba, i teď když je muzika daleko více dostupná mě tenhle koncept pořád baví a proto mě potěšilo, když label Longshot Music ve spolupráci […]
The Buzzers – Bloody Minded 12″
