Fearless Veterans
Fearless Veterans
Fearless Veterans are one of those bands that have never relied on trends or a carefully crafted social media image. Their music is rooted in Oi!, punk, hardcore, and skinhead reggae, but above all, it is built on more than three decades of living the scene. Their lyrics weave together memories of the wild 1990s, […]
La Gachette
For nearly three decades, La Gachette have been one of the defining names of the French-speaking Oi! and streetpunk scene. Our questions were answered by frontman Erik, who reflects on the band’s early days, the Montreal scene, and how punk culture has evolved over the years. We also talked about the DIY ethic, politics, social […]
La Gachette
La Gachette patří už téměř tři desetiletí k nejvýraznějším jménům frankofonní Oi! a streetpunkové scény.
La Gachette from Quebec have released a new record on the German label Randale Records. If I’m counting correctly, this is already their ninth full-length album. The band released their first demo back in 1998, so we’re slowly approaching a respectable thirty years of existence. That’s enough time for some bands to change styles three times, break […]
