The Clinch
Australští The Clinch nejsou na stránkách Tighten Up žádnými nováčky.
The Clinch
Australian band The Clinch are no strangers to the pages of Tighten Up. The Melbourne crew have been operating somewhere between Oi!, streetpunk and good old rock’n’roll for quite a while now, and this year they are back with their third album, Time’s Up. It might be a little darker and more personal than their […]

Tenhle […]

Covers UK Subs and Crux by Brut
The Australian project Brut is high on our editorial list, so we are eagerly following everything that happens with this project. Brut recently released a cover of the song Warhead by UK Subs. It’s raw again, it sounds like it was recorded in a chamber but it gives me the impression of the middle of […]
Covery UK Subs and Crux od Brut

Není to […]

The Australian crew Deez Nuts, who previously leaned towards the „party, beer, friends, and mayhem“ style, is releasing a new album on Century Media Records, which carries a slightly different flavor. Saudade – the Portuguese word for a melancholic longing for a time or thing that is gone – precisely captures the band’s shift. After […]

The Australian band Split System is back with a brand new single, „No Cops In Heaven / Pull The Trigger,“ released on October 2, 2025. The Living End – ninth album „I only trust rock n roll“ is out!
Australian veterans The Living End have been grinding their instruments for over thirty years and now they are back with their ninth album, which bears a very apt title – “I only trust rock n roll”. The band, which has been combining sharp punk rock with a touch of rockabilly since the nineties, shows that […]
