C.O.F.F.I.N Announce New Album Out In Oslo. Two Videos Are Already Out

Australian hellraisers C.O.F.F.I.N are back with a new record. Their sixth studio album Out In Oslo will be released in September via p(doom) Records, and judging by the first previews, the band hasn’t lost any of their raw energy or infectious attitude. They continue the proud tradition of Australian rock’n’roll, following in the footsteps of legendary bands such as Rose Tattoo, Coloured Balls, and AC/DC.

The first taste of the upcoming album came with the single „Sleep In It“, recently followed by the track „Think Bad“. Both songs come with distinctive and unconventional videos, giving a glimpse of how C.O.F.F.I.N are expanding their sound while staying true to the foundations that made them one of Australia’s wildest live bands. The trademark ingredients are still there – uncompromising punk’n’roll, sharp guitars, massive singalong choruses, and a healthy dose of dirt and attitude.

The new album was produced by Declan Mehrtens, known for his work with Amyl and The Sniffers. The band promises the best-sounding record of their career so far, while keeping all the raw power, urgency, and drive that have always defined C.O.F.F.I.N.

If you’re into a rough mix of punk, Australian pub rock, and rock’n’roll, make sure to check out the videos.

September is definitely shaping up to be something to look forward to.
