The Frankfurt band Violent Times is back with a new recording, So Far So Good, on 10″ vinyl. This time, they are self-releasing it. There will be 200 black and 100 colored copies available. The release party took place a few days ago, and you can now order the record directly from the band.

As the name might suggest, everything is running smoothly so far. The band, which only formed in 2022, quickly became one of the interesting new names on the Oi!/street punk scene. Raw sound, momentum, and a clear anti-fascist stance—that’s all we need. Following their debut The New Force of Oi! (Contra Records), here comes another batch of catchy choruses, kicks at the system, and an honest street feeling.

The lineup features guys from bands like Stage Bottles, Scheisse Minnelli, and Kick It, so they are definitely not rookies. So Far So Good goes with the „no bullshit, straight to the face“ style—exactly how it should be.
