German Sperrfoier are back with the album Skinhead Rock’n’Roll. Or, more precisely, their album is back on vinyl. It was originally released in 2024, but this year it is getting a new physical edition that should especially please fans of black wax.
The new edition of Skinhead Rock’n’Roll features all 15 original tracks, with the 2LP gatefold version coming out on October 2, 2026, in a strictly limited edition of just 300 copies. The release is currently available for pre-order from Oi! The Shop.
And what do you get? Exactly what the title promises. Sperrfoier deliver Oi! and Skinhead Rock’n’Roll built around punchy guitars and big choruses made for shouting along with a crowd.
Lyrically, the album sticks to classic scene themes – friendship, belonging, football, the pub and nights out with the crew full of trouble and good times. No experiments, no unnecessary frills. Just Oi! that works best played loud, preferably somewhere between the pub, a gig and a bunch of friends.
If you missed Skinhead Rock’n’Roll back in 2024, this year’s vinyl edition is a good chance to make up for it.
