French cold Oi! and Boston Oi! punk collide on a new split EP from Rancœur and Battery March. Four tracks, two bands and around ten minutes of music that won’t leave you much time to catch your breath.

Rancœur contribute two tracks, “Sueurs Froides” and “La Peur Du Futur”, while Battery March bring “Les Regrets De Demain” and a cover of “Getting Things Done” by The Astronauts. French meets English, and both bands get the chance to show what they’re made of.

Several labels are involved in the project: Kanal Hystérik, Amor Fati Records and Contra Records, handling production and distribution. The artwork was created by Iseult Brault.

If you’re into the current cold Oi! sound as well as Oi! punk with a hardcore edge, this collaboration is definitely one to check out. Four tracks, no filler and two bands worth keeping an eye on.
