Parisian Oi! legends Lion’s Law have released a music video for “Lonely Road”, taken from their album Evermore, released last year. The visuals really hit the mark, with some genuinely striking shots, perfectly complementing the powerful lyrics about choosing your own path in life and sticking to your own rules, even if it means ending up alone.
The song touches on the expectations society places on us. But what if you choose something different? What if freedom and the ability to make your own decisions matter more to you, even at the cost of loneliness? “I’d rather end up alone / And make a life of my own.” That’s where the power of this song lies. It’s not just about being alone, but also about having the courage to stand by your own choices and take responsibility for them.
And if you’ve been missing Lion’s Law live, the band will be hitting the road in November and December for their Winter Tour 2026, joined by Mess and Breakout. The tour will take them across a whole bunch of European cities.
