Catalan Oi! band Lladruc are releasing their debut album “Ho tornarem a fer”, which features eleven tracks sung in their native Catalan. The five-piece from the Vallès area delivers melodic, hymn-like Oi! punk inspired by the more tuneful side of the early 1980s scene. If your favourite bands include The Flame 69 or Rotten XIII, you won’t go wrong here.
The album is packed with catchy choruses, strong gang vocals, and a solid dose of street punk energy, occasionally enriched with other influences. Lyrically, it focuses on everyday life, friendship, and social themes that resonate within the current Catalan scene.
