Houston has a new dose of hardcore punk aggression – Weight Class have just released their first self-titled EP. Five short shots straight to the head, no unnecessary nonsense, just pure energy and piss. Songs like Star of Stage and Screen or King Kong Stomp prove that the band knows how to get the most out of themselves in less than a minute and a half.

The EP was released on September 10, 2025 and can be found on Bandcamp and streaming platforms. Weight Class have already managed to show up live on Houston stages, so if you have the chance, catch them while they are fresh and hungry.
