Saudade – the Portuguese word for a melancholic longing for a time or thing that is gone – precisely captures the band’s shift. After years of wild hardcore-rap fury, they are looking back. It’s no soft statement, but rather a more mature look at what remains after all those years of touring, partying, and loss.

Sonically, it still cuts deep – the guitars sound clean, the drums kick like a Doc Martens to the ribs, but there’s something else echoing from the background.
