Surprise, surprise! There are still new psychobilly bands! Less surprising is fact that this one comes from genre’s homeland Britain. Planet Strange is three pieces crew formed in Bristol and after introducing EP’s boys have recorded LP Darkests Deeds. Refreshing punk influences can be heard especially in opening Beam Me Up, but neither rest of songs can be called ortodox psychobilly. If it works, why follow old patterns?
