The Belgian hardcore punk band Direct Action, featuring a new, partially changed line-up, has released a fresh single titled “Forward.” The project, which originally started as a studio-only affair, has transformed into a full-fledged band with members of Day Drinker, Groinck, and Doodsmist, and “Forward” is their newest material, following up on the previous compilation Total Rejection, which summarizes all their studio recordings to date. The band continues with raw, very fast, and heavy HC punk and further strengthens its position on the contemporary Belgian DIY scene.
