Silesian punk veterans Bulbulators are back at full throttle. Their ninth studio album, titled „In Optima Forma“ (Latin for „In Top Form“), certainly lives up to its name based on the first reactions. The Upper Silesian pros are sticking to their guns once again, delivering first-class melodic ’77-style punk rock.

The material was recorded during six sessions between late 2024 and early 2025 at Waiting Room Studio in Oświęcim. You can look forward to 11 tracks in total – 10 original songs and a real treat: a cover of the legendary band Maanam (Szare miraże). All lyrics are in Polish. The killer comic-style artwork was designed by the renowned Łódź-based graphic artist Michał Arkusiński.

The album officially dropped on February 7, 2026, during the Tik Tak Punk Rock Memoriał event. It is currently available on CD and Cassette via Bulbojugend Records.

Vinyl junkies won’t have to wait long – the LP will be released by Papagajův hlasatel records (PHR) and Pasażer in a limited run of 300 gatefold copies (available in classic black and a blue/red splatter version).

The new tracks are already spinning on streaming platforms, but you can grab a proper physical copy at their shows or through the PHR and Pasażer e-shops.
