FIGHTING MAD – Still Standing. This track feels like a short bulletin: „Yeah, we took some hits – but we’re still standing.“ Two minutes, no stalling, no explanations. Just a clear stance and a step forward. Not heroism, but reality. Fighting Mad aren’t playing the nostalgia card or making grand gestures here.

Still Standing sounds like something you blast when you’re fed up to the back teeth, but you know you can’t throw in the towel anyway. Musically, it’s exactly where I like it: street punk / Oi! with a harder edge and a marching rhythm. It’s a song that sounds lived-in rather than written; those are the kinds of tracks that get under my skin the most. This song doesn’t make you want to jump – it makes you want to stand your ground.

So far, the singles are stacking up nicely. Keep an eye out for the full album dropping early next year – it’s going to be huge.
